How to Place an Order for Catering

From the home page, click on “Catering” from the menu, then select one of the methods to contact us. We can send you a quote if you know what you want, if you have a set budget and need guidance we can customize a menu for you base upon your needs and budget. We also offer buffet table setting services and event planning.

Answers to Questions You May Have

To place your order online, click on the “Menu” option. Click on the meal or product picture or the “Choose Option” button, this will take you to the landing page for the meal or product. Then click on the “Add to Cart” button, do this for each meal or product you want to buy. When you are done adding your selections to the cart, click on the “Checkout Button” this will take you to the payment page. If you encounter issue, refresh the page or call us to place the order.

It depends. Most of our meals already have established set weights, and/or package sizes which cannot be customized. However, if you are catering a large event we do offer customized meal plans, please contact the Chef.

Yes, you will receive a notification to the email address that you provide to us once your order has been shipped. Please make sure that the information you provide to us is correct and reliable.

Yes, but only for orders that are not catering. Our cut-off day Thursday, all orders must be received before 11:59 PM, these orders will be shipped on the next following Monday, or the next scheduled shipping day. In some cases we may be able to ship your order sooner, please call us first.

While we offer 2-3 day shipping for meals shipped in the U.S., except Alaska and Hawaii, we are not able to guarantee the exact time of delivery, this is subject to the local carrier. In general, carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8:00am-8:00pm, so please use the package tracking tool to monitor updates to your package arrival times. Our meals are prepared fresh once ordered, then shipped frozen to preserve freshness, as such we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

If you need to cancel your order, you can contact our service manager by email at servicemanager@caribbeanhouse.com within 24 hours of placing your order, in your email please provide us with your name, contact number, order number, and any additional details about the order and we will contact you.

Since there are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped, we ask that you please review the meal details before placing your order; and verify it again at checkout. However, if you received the wrong food item or your vacuumed packaged meal arrived severely damaged please take a picture and e-mail it to us within 12 hours of receiving your order, in your email please provide us with your name, contact number, order number, and any additional details about the order and we will contact you.

To preserve freshness, please store them in packages they are shipped and kept in your freezer. Products should thaw in the shipped packaging then heated to 165 degrees before consuming product. Our meals are prepared fresh once ordered, then shipped frozen to preserve freshness. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Services, there are three safe ways to thaw food: in the refrigerator, in cold water, or in the microwave. Remove the food from its original package and place it in a microwavable container first before placing it in the microwave. We ship to most of the U.S., however, at this time we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are shipped out on Mondays. We offer 2-3 Days Priority Shipping outside Texas for a tiered flat rate based on weight. Orders to that are shipped within Texas can be delivered within 1-2 days Priority Shipping, whereas orders outside of Texas will be delivered with 2-3 Days Priority Shipping.
