Product Availability:
There may be times when an item may go out of stock during your purchase, and before we are able to post a notification on the Site. Should this happen, please rest assured that to the best of our ability, we may either contact you for possible alternatives or refund your money. Once you have received your meal or goods please inspect your purchase and adhere to our returns policies.
Note: Once an order is placed by a customer, it is an indication of the buyer’s good faith interest to purchase the product.
Product Pricing and Payments:
All acceptable forms of payment are listed on our site, currently we only accept U.S. dollar denominations. You may also purchase gift certificates, which can be used to purchase meals and goods on our site in U.S. dollar denominations. We strive to offer you the best pricing, however, as you shop for meals and goods from day-to-day on the Site, please keep in mind that our prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, due to system and/or typographical errors, you may not notice the price changes. While we seldom expect this to happen, should it occur, we reserve the right to modify each and every error to reflect pricing correctly on our site. Further, at our discretion we may notify you and charge the difference or offer you the option to cancel the order. This applies to taxes also as state and federal laws change.
Product Pictures, Sizes, and Videos:
On our site product details pages, we may provide you with meals and product descriptions and other details of your intended purchase. Such information may include, but is not limited to the ingredients, approximate pounds, height and width, and quality. In addition, we may provide with pictures of the product independently and/or a video of the product. While we make every effort to showcase each and every meal and product as it really is, please keep in mind that depending on your technology device, brand and size, such as monitors for your computer, mobile phones, tablets, etc., products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size, this includes the actual photos and videos as well. Further, the color of some products may vary slightly due to the lighting from the photo shoot and/or resolution of your device.
Gift Certificates:
Only the Caribbean House online gift certificates are usable on the Site to purchase meals and products we sale. Should the value of your gift certificate amount to less than the total purchase price of your meals and goods, you will be responsible to pay the balance with one of our acceptable forms of payment. Our gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates are not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be used to buy another gift certificate. Please keep in mind that we cannot replace online gift certificates that are lost or stolen.

All content on our site, including, but not limited to our logo, trademark and name, materials, product pictures, video, graphics, illustrations, music, look and feel, data, etc. are the proprietary property of Caribbean House International, LLC, its Chefs, manufacturers, licensors, partners, and/or users and are protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, unfair competition laws and various intellectual property rights.
